Passage: 1 Kings 10:1-18

MESSAGE NOTES - 1 Kings 19:1-18

“Lord, I’ve had enough. Take my life.  I’m no better than my ancestors.” 1 Kings 19:3

The God of the Scriptures is a God of abundance and provision.

God provides physically.

You need God’s provision.

“The journey is too hard for you.” 1 Kings 19:7

“Strengthened by that food, Elijah traveled forty days and forty nights until he reached Horeb.” 1 Kings 19:8

God provides relationally.

“What are you doing here, Elijah?”  1 Kings 19:9

“But I am the only one left.”  1 Kings 19:10b

God provides relationally through others.
Be here for each other.
“Men in isolation tend to self-destruct.”
After God feeds us physically and relationally, He sends us back to work.
