Passage: The Psalms
Who is God and what is He like?
“Trinity” literally means three (tri) are truly unified (nity).
God the Father, God the Son, God the Holy Spirit
Have you mastered the Trinity?
When we try to unpack the Trinity, master it, or, explain it, we can lose the mystery of the complexity of our God.
Be overwhelmed by the complexity of our God.
Leaning into complexity leads to purpose - to knowing WHO is in control and what MY role is.
Don’t master the Mystery, be ministers of the Mystery.
“Lord, our Lord, how majestic is your name in all the earth! You have set your glory in the heavens.” Psalm 8:1
“When I consider your heavens, the work of your fingers, the moon and the stars, which you have set in place, what is mankind that you are mindful of them, human beings that you care for them?” Psalm 8:3-4

To minister means to act as an agent or instrument of something larger than themselves.
“You have made them a little lower than the angels and crowned them with glory and honor. You made them rulers over the works of your hands; you put everything under their feet: all flocks and herds, and the animals of the wild, the birds in the sky, and the fish in the sea, all that swim the paths of the seas.” Psalm 8:5-8
You and I are ministers of something larger than ourselves.
