Lena Eyermann

Director of Operations

Lena Eyermann supports the business operations of the church through finance, human resources, information technology, communications and facility management.

She has a strong background in non-profit leadership and is a mission-driven leader who has a heart for Jesus and serving the community.  Lena has 15+ years of experience managing budgets, staff performance, strategic planning, recruiting/hiring staff, social media and website content, facility operations, and risk management.

Lena grew up in Washington, Missouri and married her high school sweetheart in 2011 after getting her bachelor’s degree from Missouri State University.  She, her husband, three young children, and their dog live nearby in Crestwood. They have been members at Webster Gardens for three years, are active in a small group, and serve in ministry. Her children also attend CCLS.
