Director of Adult Ministry

Stephanie works with church members and community leaders to address the unique needs of adults and opportunities for growth as Christian disciples. In her role as Director of Adult Ministry, Stephanie is focused on developing leadership within the Adult Ministry staff and lay leadership teams, and growing our church’s reach into the community.  Stephanie directly leads the Connections and Outreach ministries, helping people get involved at Webster Gardens through membership and connecting into outreach serving opportunities.  Stephanie joined our staff in 2022 after 5 years serving as a Lutheran school teacher.  She has been a member at Webster Gardens since 2000. We look forward to seeing how God will work through Stephanie to engage and encourage adults as they grow as disciples through ministry opportunities.
