Diary of a Wimpy Family
A Series on Family Discipleship
You may be familar with the book series, “Diary of a Wimpy Kid,” that takes on the perspective of Greg, a 12 year-old who is a relatively hapless middle school student and struggles to stand out. While middle-schoolers have their struggles, what about families? Beginning August 20, join us for our three-week sermon series on family discipleship titled, "Diary of a Wimpy Family.”
We'll see that a wimpy family moves along with the flow of culture rather than embracing God’s thriving purpose and direction for them. We're all guilty of being wimpy families at times, but God lavishes us with His mercy and patience, while also calling us to live as families who make an impact for His glory, both within the family itself and outward to those around us. Join us for worship on Sundays at 8:00am or 10:45am, or on Mondays at 7:00pm, and let's grow in our calling to be godly families that reflect Jesus.
