Connections Ministry Team

The purpose of the Connections Ministry Team is to facilitate the fellowship and "connections" between members and guests.  Our primary focus is to guide guests from their initial visit to a membership commitment.  We want to equip each new member for active participation and assimilation into our congregation.

The Connections Ministry Team needs a variety of volunteers to serve in various roles as follows:

  • Coffee Team:  Coffee volunteers assist with brewing/setup, reset, or clean up shifts during each Sunday and with special services as needed.   Volunteers typically serve a specific shift one Sunday each month.
  • Greeters:  This role is the first touch point for members and guests as they arrive to worship at Webster Gardens. Volunteers typically serve once per month at the early or late service, and on special occasions as needed.
  • New Member Assimilation:  This team of volunteers assists in coordinating events for guests as they walk the path to membership at Webster Gardens. Leaders and volunteers work closely with the Connections Coordinator to plan and facilitate new member classes, food/meals, and special events.
