Kids First Visit

Experience

DURING WORSHIP

At Webster Gardens we believe Worship is a family experience.  You will see (and at times hear) children of all ages sitting with friends, parents or grandparents. We love having children in worship! Activity Bags are available for kids at the entrances to the sanctuary. Children’s Bulletins are at the tall tables near the entrances to the building. Our Cry Room is at the back of the worship area, where parents can take a little one to watch and listen to the service. Childcare is also available for children ages 4 and under in our staffed Nursery. Any greeter by the sanctuary doors will be able to direct you to these areas.

WHAT WILL THEY BE DOING?

Kingdom Quest

From 9:15-10:25am children participate in Kingdom Quest, or "KQ."   Groups include:

  • "Parents and 2s" (2 year olds and parents together)
  • 3 year olds
  • 4 year olds to Kindergarten
  • Grades 1 to 4
  • "Quest 56" (Grades 5 to 6)

WHAT HAPPENS IN KINGDOM QUEST?

Large Group/Small Group Teaching Format

Each age group comes together for a large group presentation with drama, storytelling and music. Kids then return to their own small groups for application and hands-on activities with their adult Shepherd.

Jesus-Centered/Bible-Based

Our Jesus-centered and Bible-based lessons challenged kids to apply their faith to their everyday lives.

Interactive Learning

Our lessons use active learning methods that engage kids for an exciting and fun experience every week! Our small-group leaders, called “Shepherds,” connect with the kids to help them think through and apply God’s truths.
