Crestwood Leadership Academy (CW)

Crestwood Leadership Academy

Crestwood Leader Academy is a monthly enrichment program that contains 3 key elements:

  • Clubs
  • Leadership Assemblies
  • Mentor Relationships

Clubs are elective workshops that create enthusiasm for new ventures and enrichment learning.

Students will select a club that fits their interests, which might include guitar, jewelry making, crafting, sports, dance, robotics, music, weird science, or othersClubs are still being established. If you have skills that would make a good club experience for students, please contact Kim Boyll at  .

Assemblies inspire and challenge students!  Our program dovetails with leadership principles that students are engaging with in school.

In Crestwood Leader Academy, caring adults are matched with students of the same gender and meet once a month, 8 total times for the school year.

The Mentor/Student quality time is significant for the growth of the student’s leadership skills, vision, and self-esteem.

Mentoring Works

Mentoring is the most effective tool to give children greater academic achievement, school involvement, school adjustment, and to view their futures more positively. We hope you’ll consider the rewards of being a mentor.  Mentors can help change lives in only 90 minutes a month!
